I’m Jody...a Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Connection Coach, & Movement Specialist, here to guide you on a journey of self discovery. I will help you see and unlock your unique ability to heal from within, finding your unique path through life. I work from a space of deep intuitive knowing, focused on identifying your shadow aspects & working with energetic healing to holding space for you to connect with your inner wisdom through vulnerability & challenging conversation.
My intuition is my superpower and I work with you on a soul level. I am deeply grounded, radiating an energy that creates comfort and brave space for vulnerability. I bring over 20 years of experience in people leadership and operational management which has gifted me the ability to see people wholly, and to truly listen when they need to be heard.
A decade ago, I was living the life I thought was the one we were meant to strive for, a big job in the big city, but the truth is that I was deeply unhappy and after a lot of overthinking & tears I made a life-changing decision that would prioritize my happiness. I couldn’t shake this deep longing in my heart to be closer to home, family (both blood and chosen), and the ocean. I took a deep breath, handed in my resignation, sold all the things and headed back to Nova Scotia with nothing but my most cherished possessions and my old man dog. It was equal parts terrifying and liberating AND I trusted in myself to follow this unexplainable sense of knowing it was what I needed to do.
I share my story in hopes that it may inspire someone else to listen to that inner sense of knowing and to allow their hearts to guide them if they are feeling lost.
