Reiki is an energy-based healing technique that involves the channelling of universal energy from the practitioner to the recipient. It can be performed either in-person or remotely, and its benefits extend to pets as well.
In your coaching sessions we will focus on deep transformational conversation, get vulnerable and work to get to the bottom of the things that are holding you back from being deeply connected to yourself. No one session is ever the same and are customized to each client. Every session has a specific focus, which is determined ahead of time by the client's pre-session work.
Treatments are done in a quiet, calm space and you will comfortably settle in on a massage table for the duration of your session. You get to decide if you would like gentle hands on touch during your session or not...it is equally effective either way. People experience this energetic practice in many ways...the energy shifts can show up as temperature fluctuations, tingling, visual images, colours and more...your experience is as unique as you are!
You have your choice of phone call/FaceTime, virtual (zoom) or in person sessions in Halifax, NS. Reiki is equally effective in person or via distance.
