ENERGETIC OFFERINGS

Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that has been used for centuries. It involves the channelling of life force energy (prana/chi) from the practitioner to you to promote healing and balance. This practice can lead to a range of benefits, including deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep, chakra balancing, pain relief, and reduced tension.  Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are followed with a 10 min debrief of what came up and how to work with it moving forward.  

In this 60 minute session we will take a dive deep into your inner world…I simply ask that you come with a willingness to receive and have a question/theme in mind for which you are seeking guidance. I begin by tuning into your energy, we will get quiet and breathe together after which we engage in an intuitively guided conversation. Readings are supported by tarot and oracle cards. You are free to record your session so you have it to refer to if you desire.

Every interaction, thought and relationship we experience throughout our lives imprints on us energetically and these imprints stay deeply connected to us in ways that can hinder our personal growth. Through facilitated meditation & visualization we will work to disconnect these cords from your energetic body, allowing for a sense of liberation and renewal. Following the cord-cutting process, we will call in the healing energy of Reiki to mend and seal any energetic wounds, ensuring a lasting disconnection. By the end of the session, you will experience a profound sense of release, freedom and a deeper recognition of your inherent power. 

This is a powerful tool for releasing old patterns, letting go of past relationships, and moving forward unburdened by unresolved emotional & energetic ties.

This reiki + reading combo will start with a reiki session and followed by an intuitive reading. We will do a deep dive on things that may have come up during the reiki session, I use various tarot & oracle card decks and I call on my intuitive channel to help us access things below the surface. It's recommended but not necessary, that you have had a reiki session with me prior to this combo to allow a deeper access on an energetic level. This helps you to understand what to expect  from the reiki  in order to fully allow the energetic integration as we move right into the reading.

Some of the effects of reiki may include deep relaxation, reduced stress, improved sleep, chakra balancing and reduced tension. Distance sessions are 60 minutes in length and are followed with a 10 min debrief of what came up and how to work with it moving forward.  We connect virtually and the reiki energy is channeled and directed to you. Distance sessions are equally as effective as in person and you can make space for yourself without ever leaving the house! 

During this 75 minute one on one session, you will be taken through a customized 60 min yin practice, determined beforehand based on your specific needs, all while receiving a reiki healing energy treatment. We follow up with a 15 min debrief of what came up and how you are feeling post practice/session. Reiki energy can be used to heal physical ailments as well as healing us on an energetic level. This session is guaranteed to leave you feeling seen and deeply connected with yourself.
