The combination of reiki energy healing and my intuitive channeling provides you with a profound experience, taking you deep within the Self on a conscious & unconscious level. Together we journey into your energetic field to unearth what your body has to tell us, we work together to identify things that are holding you back and support release of energetic blocks. A 90 minute journey that takes you deep into the body to promote energetic alignment. You’ll be guided through a systematic relaxation meditation all while receiving channelled reiki energy healing. The mediation completes & falls into a peaceful quietness where you land in a space of receiving while the reiki energy is moved through the chakras clearing blocks and creating a sense of embodiment & connectedness to one's inner Self. Finding ease, openness & a smooth flow of energy is our goal, perfect balance is not. This session will leave you feeling soothed, held, quiets the mind, leaving you feeling settled & in tune with your body.

This reiki + reading combo will start with a reiki session and followed by an intuitive reading. We will do a deep dive on things that may have come up during the reiki session, I use various tarot & oracle card decks and I call on my intuitive channel to help us access things below the surface. It's recommended but not necessary, that you have had a reiki session with me prior to this combo to allow a deeper access on an energetic level. This helps you to understand what to expect from the reiki in order to fully allow the energetic integration as we move right into the reading.

Your level one certification is an introduction to the healing art of reiki, laying the foundations of deeper self connection and widening your channel to our life force energy. It includes a learning portion that dives into the history of reiki, how it works and the importance of developing your personal practices & relationship with reiki energy. You will receive your level one attunement, learn how a reiki treatment is done and have time to to practice your new skill. You will leave this day with your level one certification, access to practices to deepen your connection within and you are able & encouraged to start practicing right away on yourself, your friends/family, pets, plants etc.
What to expect:
The day begins with a short meditation that is designed to allow you to drop into your body and find a state of ease & calm as you open yourself to the learnings of the day. Allow yourself to show up with an open mind and simply let the day unfold around you. Post learning session you will receive your level 1 attunement and take some time to journal before we move on to the last part of the day where you will learn the process of a session and get to practice. There will be ample time available to ask questions and be in conversation as we move through the day.

Reiki level two certification will enhance your connection to the reiki energy. You will be introduced to sacred reiki healing symbols and how they compliment your practice. You will learn how reiki can be used across time & space, what it looks like, how it works and how to best set up a distance session. Level 2 sets you up to create a public practice that can be added to your current offerings or simply start to offer reiki healing sessions to clients. We will spend time understanding the ethics & responsibilities of energy work, holding space and the nuances around working with people on this level.
What to expect:
The day will begin with a meditation followed by space for clearing that is designed to allow you to focus on the learning about to take place. The first portion of the day is spent learning symbols & what they mean, introducing some alternative healing techniques and then you receive your level 2 attunement. You will then learn and practice delivering distance reiki.
Those that complete their level two are now able to practice at a professional level.

The Advanced and Third Degree Master Teacher Reiki are taught together and will complete your Reiki training. Upon completion of this level you will be able to teach & attune others to all levels of Reiki and receive the title of Reiki Master but are not considered a Master Teacher until you have taught at least one student.
In the Advanced level you will learn new Reiki symbols to aid in Reiki treatments and in giving attunements, an introduction to techniques used while giving attunements, an introduction to crystal grid work and receive your Advanced Reiki attunement. In this same class we will also do the Third Degree Reiki Master Teacher training. In this portion you will learn the Master Reiki symbol, we go over meditations to empower and assist in your Reiki connection, you will learn the steps of & practicie giving attunements at each Reiki degree level after which you will receive your master level attunement.
