Embodiment Coaching...what is it

Personalized one on one coaching focused on life, death and all things in between. Sessions are deeply focused on building an embodied experience using intuitive & traditional based connection methods. Everything we experience shows up in our bodies in one way or another. You will learn to identify & how to work with the information your body provides when you are faced with all the curves life has in store. You will (re)connect with your Self on a soul level in sessions that are tailored to meet you exactly where you are at…no cookie cutter “life coaching” sessions. We work together to carve a unique path for you to reconnect to and understand your inner Self & start to walk a path that will see you find your why & a deep knowing of your purpose. 

I endeavour to create a supportive environment for you to explore and identify the energetic obstacles, limiting beliefs and outdated mindsets that are muting your ability to find that deep sense of self connection. This connection to Self is where we find a sense of purpose, it sparks curiosity & creates a longing for what we are truly capable of. In every session I offer you the opportunity to connect and grow your relationship with your intuition and how to truly lean in and trust what it is telling you.

(This is an in-depth package of 3 sessions held over one month)

This package is designed to allow us to engage on a energetic level to really dig into what is happening in your energetic body as a way to understand what is holding you back right now. You can choose to focus on a specific aspect of your current life situation or we can work with a general energy...both can provide a profound healing experience so I ask that you allow your intuition to guide you to how we approach it. You will see a shift in perspective and will be empowered to look at your current way of doing in order to see new ways to grow. Leading from a deeply intuitive space, we will have open & vulnerable conversation around any emotional or energetic blocks you have in place & dig into limiting beliefs that could be holding you back from deeper self connection.  This package is unique to you and will lead the journey of uncovering where you feel stuck in your body, address barriers & self limiting beliefs and in the end shift your perspective towards your personal growth. After our time together, you can anticipate feeling re-energized, inspired, and empowered to integrate change in your life.

EMBODIMENT COACHING (single session) $222

Single one off coaching sessions are a 90 min session that focuses on holding space for you to discover your path to transformation. Sessions are designed to build a deep inner connection focusing on an embodied experience. My work leads from a deeply intuitive space, there is open & vulnerable conversations around what you’re currently experiencing, shadow exploration and truly identifying where disconnection shows up and how it holds you back from truly connecting back to yourself. 

You can expect to walk away from this session inspired and with a sense of where you are able to create some shifts in your life and begin the journey of a deeper connection to self.
