THE CONNECTED METHOD

The Connected Method is a deeply intuitive based & energetically driven method, working alongside you as move through a very individual experience based on what comes up and the direction you are looking to move in. We explore the complexities of the Self, the shadow self and how connection & disconnection show up in your life. I show you how you are able to create a space to meet your Self on a deeper level, recognize where that connection is depleted and so begins the journey on the path back to you. 

I endeavour to create a supportive environment for you to explore and identify the energetic obstacles, limiting beliefs and outdated mindsets that are holding you back from a deep sense of self connection. This connection to Self is how we find a sense of purpose, spark curiosity & create a longing for what we are truly capable of. I offer you the opportunity to come with me on a deeply transformative journey to discover the unique connection to your intuition and the power that lies in your inner wisdom to heal & grow.

I hold space as your guide as we embark on a journey to reconnect with your Self and provide support in facilitating radical change within. You will be challenged to push the boundaries of your comfort zone and engage in vulnerable conversation. CONNECTED METHOD BUNDLE $555

(This is an in-depth package of 3 sessions held over one month)

This package is designed to allow us to engage on a energetic level to really dig into what is happening in your energetic body as a way to understand what is holding you back right now. You can choose to focus on a specific aspect of your current life situation or we can work with a general energy...both can provide a profound healing experience so I ask that you allow your intuition to guide you to how we approach it. You will see a shift in perspective and will be empowered to look at your current way of doing in order to see new ways to grow. Leading from a deeply intuitive space, we will have open & vulnerable conversation around any emotional or energetic blocks you have in place & dig into limiting beliefs that could be holding you back from deeper self connection.  This package is unique to you and will lead the journey of uncovering where you feel stuck in your body, address barriers & self limiting beliefs and in the end shift your perspective towards your personal growth. After our time together, you can anticipate feeling re-energized, inspired, and empowered to integrate change in your life.

DEEP DIVE CONNECTION (single session) $222

The Deepdive Connection is a one off, 90 min session that focuses on holding space for you to discover your path to transformation. It is designed to shift perspectives, shed light on energetic blocks & shadow aspects while you start the journey to a deeper sense of self. I lead from a deeply intuitive space in all my work, we will have open & vulnerable conversations around what you’re currently experiencing, where your disconnection shows up and look to identify limiting beliefs that could be holding you back from truly connecting back yourself. 

There is a pre-session work pack that you will complete so I can arrive to our session prepared to meet you exactly where you are at. You can expect to walk away from this session inspired and with a sense of where you are able to create some shifts in your life and begin the journey of a deeper connection to self.
